Summer 2026 Program
An 8-week foundational athletic development program for competitive athletes ages 11–16. Built around the principles that actually develop athletes — not the ones that look impressive on social media.
Strong Foundations
Create Better Athletes.
Before young athletes focus on advanced speed, rotational power, aggressive plyometrics, or high-intensity sport-specific training — they must first develop the physical foundation to support those qualities safely and effectively.
Our approach focuses on developing the athlete from the ground up through structured periodization and progressive foundational strength and conditioning.
Before athletes focus on advanced speed, explosive plyometrics, or sport-specific intensity — they must first learn how to properly control, stabilize, and organize their bodies.
- Proper body awareness
- Core stability and trunk control
- Glute activation and hip stability
- Relative strength
- Movement quality and coordination
- Force absorption and deceleration mechanics
- The ability to create and control tension throughout the body
Many modern youth training programs skip these foundational stages and jump straight to speed drills, ladder drills, and explosive exercises — before the athlete has developed the strength and stability necessary to support them. The result is poor movement patterns, compensations, and slower long-term development.
Initial Athletic Assessment
All athletes complete a full athletic assessment before the program begins. This gives us a clear picture of where each athlete is starting from — and gives you an objective baseline to measure progress against.
Movement & Stability
- Overhead Squat Assessment
- Lunge Assessment
- Single Leg Stability
- Core Stability Testing
Relative Strength
- Push-Up Test
- Pull-Up / Inverted Row
- Plank Hold Assessment
Power & Athleticism
- Vertical Jump
- Broad Jump
Speed & Movement
- 40-Yard Sprint
- Running Mechanics
- Cutting & Deceleration
Checkpoint
Final Assessment
This allows parents and athletes to objectively track measurable improvements throughout the program — in real numbers, not just feelings.
Foundation, Stability
& Body Control
Develop body awareness, trunk stability, glute activation, posture, coordination, and foundational strength. Athletes learn how to properly control, brace, and organize their bodies before any advanced qualities are introduced.
Athletes Learn To
- Properly brace and stabilize the core
- Activate and integrate the glutes effectively
- Develop better posture and body control
- Create tension throughout the body
- Improve coordination and movement efficiency
- Build foundational relative strength
Training Focus
- Push-Up Progressions
- Pull-Up / Inverted Row Progressions
- Plank Variations
- Glute Bridge Progressions
- Split Squat Variations
- Farmer Carries
- Crawling Patterns
- Sled Pushes & Pulls
- Tempo Strength Work
- Landing Mechanics
- Mobility & Stability Drills
Improvements Come Through
- Increased relative strength
- Improved coordination
- Better posture and alignment
- Improved tension development
- More efficient movement mechanics
We do not prioritize aggressive speed training or advanced plyometrics during this phase.
Force Development &
Athletic Integration
Improve force production, athletic movement efficiency, coordination, and controlled power expression — while maintaining the movement quality and body control developed in Phase 1.
Key Development Areas
- Relative strength development
- Sprint mechanics
- Force application
- Trunk-to-hip integration
- Controlled athletic movement
- Deceleration mechanics
- Introductory power development
Training Focus
- Advanced Push-Up & Pull-Up Progressions
- Split Squat Variations
- Sled Pushes & Pulls
- Carry Variations
- Controlled Jump Progressions
- Introductory Plyometric Progressions
- Anti-Rotation Core Work
- Controlled Multi-Directional Movement
Plyometrics Are Introduced Only After
- Sufficient stability is demonstrated
- Body control is established
- Coordination is proven
- Force absorption capability exists
- Relative strength baseline is met
This helps athletes develop speed and power more safely and efficiently while reducing unnecessary injury risk.
What to Expect
This is a limited program designed to evaluate and document measurable athletic improvements over the course of the summer — while building the foundation for future long-term athlete development.
These are not drop-in sessions. This is a commitment-based program. We are actively collecting data and tracking each athlete’s progress across the full 8 weeks. Consistent attendance is essential — both for your athlete’s development and for the integrity of the program data. Families who join are committing to the full program.
- Full commitment to all 8 weeks required — not drop-in
- Initial full athletic assessment for every athlete
- Reassessment at Week 4 and Week 8
- Written progress report for parents at program end
- Small group environment — individual attention
- Every session is coached, structured, and purposeful
- Nutrition and recovery guidance included
Spots Are
Limited.
This is a program with intentionally limited enrollment. We want to do this right — small groups, proper attention, measurable results. If you want your athlete in, get on the waitlist now.
Waitlist registration is free — no payment required until enrollment is confirmed.
